What a paid link means
If SBTV joins a retailer’s affiliate program, a qualifying purchase through a marked link may generate a commission. The retailer—not the reader—funds that commission, and the price should not increase because the link is affiliated.
How links will be labelled
Paid links will be identified close to the market reference with plain language such as “Paid link” or “SBTV may earn a commission.” They will also use the appropriate sponsored link attribute for search engines.
What SBTV does—and does not—do
SBTV explains equipment profiles: fit volume, flex, closure, compatibility, use and care. It does not publish gear reviews, scores, winners or “best” lists. A link may illustrate where a stated profile is available; it is not a claim that the product will suit every rider.
What does not change
Fit, safety and usefulness come before commission. A higher payout does not buy placement or stronger language. SBTV will not claim to have tested equipment it has not tested, and a retailer link is not an endorsement of every product on that retailer’s site.
Travel bookings
Klook, Agoda and local trip-operator destinations are added only where they solve a specific planning step. A resort’s position, beginner rating and access advice do not change according to commercial availability.
Current status
The affiliate framework is prepared, but the current product and transport links are ordinary untracked references. SBTV does not claim membership in a named affiliate program until that relationship is active.
