Creators stay visible
Every item names its creator and links to the original YouTube watch page. Removal requests should be simple and fast.

The idea behind SBTV
Snowboarding is expensive enough. Finding a good explanation—or a beautiful film to leave on—should not be another paid gate.
Builder's note / from Alan
SBTV is being built by Alan, a beginner-to-intermediate rider who picked up snowboarding in his late 30s. He is not a seasoned athlete or an instructor—just someone who loves the sport and knows how frustrating it is to find the right lesson at the right moment.
This is his attempt to bring the scattered videos, practical guides and Japan trip notes into one useful place for other riders finding their line.
Send Alan feedbackalan@willowtech.coSBTV organizes snowboard videos by what a rider wants to do: prepare for day one, solve a turn, watch a short drill, or settle into a longer mountain film.
It does not download, re-upload or claim those videos. The YouTube player, creator credit and a direct source link stay attached to each selection.

Thumbnail first, iframe only after a click. SBTV never buffers a wall of videos that someone may not watch.
Instructor guides can inform a topic map, but SBTV writes original summaries and does not reproduce protected teaching material.
Future affiliate links will be clearly labelled and tied to a useful equipment profile. SBTV does not review, score or rank gear for commission.
Creator desk / open door
SBTV does not own the videos in its library. Every video is an embedded YouTube link, with the creator credit and original watch page attached.
Tell us which video you control and where it appears. We are happy to review and act on a creator removal request promptly.
Snowboard creators can send us a public YouTube video, film, channel or playlist for editorial review. An accepted listing adds topic-based discovery, visible creator credit, an official YouTube embed and a direct source link.
YouTube Analytics can identify embedded playback and external traffic sources, so creators may see SBTV as a discovery source. We do not promise counted views, subscribers or revenue: YouTube decides how each playback is measured, and autoplayed embeds do not increment official views.
Sustainable, not locked
The static-first site keeps hosting and bandwidth modest. Potential revenue comes from restrained ads and clearly disclosed affiliate links—not paid access to the learning library.
